Delivery

We partner with New Zealand Post for delivery throughout New Zealand. Our website currently does not provide an international shipping option but please contact us if you would like a quote to ship outside of New Zealand.

Standard delivery timeframes:

• Urban addresses: Estimated 2-3 business days after dispatch
• Rural addresses: Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch

Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions.

Important delivery details:

• We're happy to deliver to business addresses—please include the complete company name and floor/level number
• Unfortunately PO Box delivery is not available
